\nRemember we talked about the three concepts inside my new course, \u201cCashflow for Consultants\u201d? Let\u2019s tackle them in order.<\/strong><\/p>\nConcept #1: Creating & Engineering Cashflow<\/strong>
\nTo create cashflow we first must address what cashflow IS! John Wooden, famous basketball coach for UCLA college basketball, was famous for making things simple. Every season, he would take his players into the locker room and make them put their socks on.<\/p>\nHe would teach them, grown a$$ college men, how to put their socks on. Why?<\/p>\n
Because the way you put on socks determines how long you can go before you get blisters. And if you get blisters in the 4th quarter, you can\u2019t run as fast or jump as high. Long story short, here\u2019s one of the hall of fame coaches, with more championships than almost any other coach in history, starting with the fundamentals.<\/p>\n
Concept #2: Storing & Tracking Cashflow<\/strong><\/p>\n
This is where EVERYBODY messes up…<\/p>\n
There\u2019s a legal term that you should be aware of called \u201cco-mingling.\u201d This happens when the lines between \u201cbusiness\u201d and \u201cpersonal\u201d are blurry and not respected. You might not realize it, but any time you co-mingle your funds you put your entire business at risk. And, you put your personal assets & lifestyle at risk.<\/p>\n
LLCs and entities exist to protect you, your assets, and your businesses from suits & legal recourse. Now you should know something that\u2019s VERY IMPORTANT.<\/p>\n
Concept #3: Deploying & Multiplying Cashflow<\/strong><\/p>\n
This is where we go EXPONENTIAL.<\/p>\n
Once you\u2019ve learned how to engineer cashflow, and manage\/track & store your cashflow \u2014 it\u2019s time to focus on MULTIPLYING it.<\/p>\n
Money is useless until it is used.<\/p>\n
